ec@shyychina.comSYM provides complete production line solutions for both powder TSP and granular triple superphosphate (GTSP).
The TSP production line covers phosphate rock preparation, phosphoric acid dosing, acidulation, curing, product conditioning and packaging. For GTSP production, granulation and downstream finishing systems are added to produce uniform granules suitable for storage and handling.
Project Scope: TSP and GTSP production line equipment, process design and plant engineering services. Finished fertilizer products are not supplied.
Phosphate rock is crushed and ground to the fineness required for the acidulation process. Phosphoric acid is stored, accurately metered and, when required, conditioned before entering the reaction section.
The required grinding fineness and acid conditions are determined according to the phosphate rock characteristics and selected process design.
Ground phosphate rock and phosphoric acid are continuously dosed and mixed under controlled conditions. The reacted material is then transferred to the curing system, where the reaction continues and the material becomes suitable for downstream processing.
Accurate raw material dosing and sufficient curing time are important for stable operation and consistent TSP production.
For granular TSP production, cured powder TSP is conditioned and fed into a rotary drum granulator. Recycled fines are returned to the granulation section to support granule formation and improve material utilization.
This section is not required when powder TSP is the final product.
The granular TSP is dried to the required moisture level and cooled before screening. Oversized particles are crushed and recycled, while undersized particles are returned to the granulation section.
Qualified granules proceed to coating or final packaging.
Qualified TSP granules can be coated with an anti-caking agent when required. Powder or granular TSP is then automatically weighed and packaged according to the selected product and packaging specifications.

| System | Equipment Included | Main Function | Key Notes |
| I. Raw Material Preparation System | Jaw Crusher, Grinding Mill (Raymond Mill or Ball Mill) | Crushes raw phosphate rock and grinds it into fine powder (90% passing 100-mesh) to maximize reactive surface area for the subsequent acidulation reaction. | The fineness of the powder directly determines reaction efficiency and phosphorus conversion rate. |
| II. Reaction & Granulation System | Reaction Reactor, Curing System, Rotary Drum Granulator, Disc Granulator (optional) | Mixes phosphate rock powder with phosphoric acid, provides the required curing conditions and, when GTSP is required, forms the cured TSP material into uniform granules. | The system can be configured for powder TSP production or integrated TSP and GTSP production. |
| III. Post-Treatment & Packaging System | Rotary Dryer, Rotary Cooler, Vibrating Screen, Rotary Coating Machine, Automatic Packing Machine | Dries granules to target moisture, cools them to ambient temperature, screens them by size (recycling oversized/undersized fractions), applies anti-caking coating, and automatically weighs & bags the finished product for storage and shipment. | Ensures product stability, long-term storage quality, and ready-to-ship convenience. |
| IV. Environmental Control System | Dust Collector, Wet Scrubber and Induced Draft Fan | Collects dust generated during phosphate rock preparation and treats fluoride-containing gas and acid mist from the reaction and processing sections. | The final environmental configuration is determined according to the process emission sources and local environmental requirements. |
